A tip. You can set the game widescreen by changing the res in the RA2.cfg file to your monitor res (1366X788)

DSL 2.1 died a great death so did DSL S when 2.2 came out. 2.2 is going strong and so is IRL. Stock is on life support. Glad to have you back Shield :)
