Here's my CW for Lily's tourney. This actually started out as my bot for the Birth of the Sport category, and drew inspiration from a combination of Terrorhurtz, Obsidian and the original version of Tomahawk (though it's obviously it's own thing too). However I managed to completely forget that all those bots are from a fair ways after 1998 which is when the cutoff for Lily's comp was. That was pretty dumb.

In many ways making it a CW saved me some hassle though, because I was really struggling with getting both 4WD and the necessary batteries in. Dropping to CW let me also drop to 2WD (2 TWMR2S), and I was still able to get plenty of armour and the burst I wanted (large slow VDMA R/P) comfortably in weight.

Oh, and the wedge appears to be sh**, which isn't ideal. Pretty damn happy with how it looks though

The spinners and flippers categories for wotw are now full.  Other categories are as follows: axes/hammers 3/4, rammers 0/4, everything else 2/4
Samurai elite are currently 8/12 MW, 10/12 CW and 10/12 HW
Survival of the fittest is currently 1/12
All other events are yet to have an entry accepted.

I think it was Kujii who brought over 350 guests in one day here. I don't remember what it was about but I'm sure it was pony-related.

I've never had the capacity to reach 350 people, and I never will.

Man Kujii sucked...but not as much as Team 9.

I really did. I was looking back at everything I did here and I'm just embarassed. We all have blunderyears but those are just painful to read back on.

signups are now **OPEN!**
- samurai's academy entrants are allowed to already exist before this announcement, as long as they've never entered a tournament before
- birth of the sport entries must be built new after this announcement
- builders of the robots invited to take part in samurai elite will be contacted about the invites shortly and can confirm them unchanged, send updates, replacements (as long as they're close enough in design to de considered a spiritual successor) or withdraw them starting now
