Chaos 2 fanboys hate Psycho because it put it into retirement
Are you trying to say i'm a chaos 2 fanboy, i'm deeply insulted ;p

Seriously though, I just didn't like mr pshyco because he was too big and cumbersome.
Sir killalot was like the ultimate tank in RW but with mr pshyco the just tried to outdo themselves and failed IMO.

Well I'm a fanboy and I don't hate Mr Psycho.

Cassius Chrome? That's a different story. Not worthy of carrying the name Cassius!

There are very few robots that would be worthy of the name cassius though.

BUMP

My favourites are:

1. Napalm
2. Berserk 2 (His heat in series 4 was one of my favourites and one of the first I saw)
3. Killertron
4. Ultor
5. Chaos 2 (When the max weight limit went to 100kg, Chaos's flipper wasnt powerful enough D:)

flipper was fine on power

it had mechanical gremlins with the C02 freezing in the pipes when inverted, that is why it couldn't self right in both losses in the main series (Bigger Brother and DanTomKia)

Oh, I always wondered why it couldn't self right itself properly later on in RW.
Actually, didn't they increase the power a bit, from series 5/6 onwards I swear it was more powerfull.

Hm, I always thought it was due to more power being exerted through the bigger pnuematic rams added in Series 5.

they added a bigger supply and rams for the heavier weight class

though its possible lack of gas left contributed to its loss in Series 5, it was mechanical in Series 6

dont let JP fool you it wasnt because of the wall, the robot normally flips right over in nearly its own space, it was only lifting itself half up.

Meh, I never trusted that Jonathon Pearce anyway  :laughing
And I knew they changed something to do with the flipper round about that time, I remember it flipping itself over a lot more often from series 5 onwards.

This is why a low pressure flipper is better. Chaos killed itself as soon as they focused more on the power of the flipper rather than the bot as a whole. They could have added a small C02 bottle with the 18 kilos they had spare.

Yeah, or they could have improved the drive a bit.
Best flipper IMO in RW was dantomkia.

^Explosion is a real life example of why the above statement is incorrect^

Gravity.
I prefer dantomkia, I know gravity was more powerful but I like the design of dantomkia much better.

Hey, I do like smidsy.
It was very plucky and was a cool bot, it's just a shame they never gave it any decent weaponry.
