Thanks for pointing it out! Anyway, I've been waiting a long time to showcase something. And here it is-

RUSTED SYRINGE

And insides-

As you've probably guessed already, Rusted Syringe is a rammer. It's pretty quick, and has three rows of pointy spikes on black bars, so is durable as well as powerful.
Armour is DSA.

You only need 2 blacks for this, and make the chassis a bit smaller.

Is it invertable?

I appreciate how you see it Triton, but I put the extra battery in there as a means of making sure it runs effectively, as well as to prevent it overbalancing and lifting the rear wheels off the ground (It happened to a previous version of this machine). Besides, it was also used as part of the "Build to the weight limit" rule I see so often on here.

But thanks anyway. I'll see where I can implement them in a different version.

Is it invertable?
And Stag, yes it is invertable. It took a bit of adjusting to get it that way, mind you  :approve:

You only need ONE black for this.

If spinmotors take 100 amps each, and blacks give out 800, then 6 motors only need 1 black. For 36HS you want two because the spin motors have a lot of weight on them and you need max power for longer, but with rammers you really only need the first ram to be at max.

Use the rest of the weight on weapons or armor.

Remove the battery at the front. =)

Also, I've noticed that in the bot lab, as you're selecting the height of your chassis, if you slide the slider all the way down, then slowly move it upwards six clicks, that is almost exactly the same height as the Z-Teks, so that would make your bot invertible, even with rubbers.

Do you? I tried that once and it didn't work. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong.

The bottom level can vary by one click.
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

While 1 black will power this fully, it clearly is insufficient for total battery power.

3 is too much though, just use 2 (or 1 black and 1 nifty)

Thanks for the tips, guys. Maybe I'll post an improved version at some point.

But for now, I'll post something new in a few moments.

BUMP

Right. It's a bit overdue, but here's my second showcased heavyweight-

LANDMINE (And yes, I finally updated my Starcore = P)
I think this one's pretty good. Sure it's underweight, but it's pretty quick, well-armoured at the front, and can beat up the Starcore 2 AI convincingly, being able to take out most of the heavyweights in between 1-3 hits. Armour is DSA.

And there's an inside view. Though it might not look like it, those rubber wheels allow it to run upside down. The spikes allow it to self-right, too.

Although I think it's pretty good, I'd like to put a third plate in the gap at the front, at the same level as the others. Any tips?

Stick to the weight limit. At the moment, other bots have up to 150kg+ more weapons than you. You can shrink the chassis by stacking the blacks and overlapping the wheels and the Hp Zteks via axle loading. Add more weapons on the DDTs and add some side protection. HSes will tear them apart.

OK guys, I'll see what I can put on. I actually based its appearance on Rebel from Starcore 3.

Are you sure you don't mean Rebel? That's who I based the original Halestorm around. =P

But try to stack the Blackvolts, definitely.

Oh right. Must be getting senile in my old age, don't you think?  :approve:

Anyway, I can assure you I did try to stack the batteries, but it just didn't seem to work. I can stack pinks, but not the other two to any particular effect.

I'm pretty sure you can stack any batteries, it's just a case of trial and error. I once managed to stack 3 Niftys in one spot. =)
