you might want to contact one of the actual mods to get your tournament into singups, yugi has been pretty inactive lately

for everyone:
BioHazard The new BioHazard uses the Trovaner chassis glitch, which means you need to do some Options trickery to get it to not crash. The RA2.cfg file I included should be set up to work with BioHazard as long as you don't touch the Options menu. If BioHazard starts crashing, though, do this: 1. Set the graphic quality to High. 2. Do a battle or go in the test garage. 3. Go back to the main menu. 4. Change the graphic quality to Low and then IMMEDIATELY quit RA2. 5. BioHazard should work now. The graphic quality is actually High even though it will say Low in the Options menu. Try this. Assuming other bots work, this should be the reason your game is crashing. 770

Off the top of my head, ra2 will load the other robots your fighting against when you select your bot before the bracket screen. DSL robots are much more complex than the original stock AI so it may be that your pc having trouble loading them.
Try fighting a LW 1v1 tournament and see if the tournament loads. There should be an option in the options menu to switch all tournaments to 1v1. 771

yeah it needs more drive. your'e gonna want to actually use the 4 free ballasts so this thing stays somewhat grounded considering it probably shoots itself and the other bot when it makes contact

if you're going to to have a short single wedge, i would swap to an emergency wedge. wider stance makes it better against hs and you have a better chance against bots with narrow wedges. also, i can't remember exactly, but i think it has more hp than a than a small wedge (600 vs 400)

Tournament Archives / Re: RoboGauntlet - SBV« on: December 13, 2016, 08:27:16 PM »I have not been here long. Lol, when it comes to robot building I'm in the top 1% of understanding. I've been building robots every week since I was 14 ****ing years old. But ra2 novice like you think that you actually have an understanding because of the fact you pay attention once every 2 or 4 years. Yeah keep dreaming. Rob could easily come out and say that having the match during the ****ing GTM Championship limit exposure to the GTM people, and that as a true believer in democracy he feels that the GTM people should be given the best chance to hear the information necessary for them making their democratic decision. And that he doesn't know why Rob doesn't want to make the time to reach a large national audience to inform them about what he wants to do for the tournament. And why he would purposely choose the date that forces the GTM people to make a choice between watching the final game of the tournament they've been watching all month, and informing themselves on the difference between the IRL builders? Yeah, I guess bot building shouldn't be commented on by people who have no ****ing idea what they are talking about. 777
