Crap, I needed at least an eighth of an inch cut off. Now I need an even longer (!?!?) chassis.

IIRC from the old BattleBots forum Mike was making an IRL LW drum named Peligro for Season 6.0, maybe he can back me up on this.

@Sparkey all of that is in Ian's download.

Overall, you have a good design. If I had to recommend one thing it would be to get a lot of driving practice once you have your bot built, or before if you have access to a toy RC car with tank steering and a decent speed. What I've found while working on Battlewagon is that a robot of any size and a decent top speed is going to be somewhat twitchy. You'll need to get used to that.

I've been getting a lot of practice already using botapp, as it uses the same kind of control system.

I still need someone to answer my question before we can start getting parts...

Naah, BFE tips were posted in Thyrus' showcase a while ago, the worst that can happen is a bunch of people corrupting bot files. It does sound useful for replicas though, could you show me too?

I can do most of the stuff there, but I usually have trouble with GMF vertex editing.

I'm pretty sure we're just bolting the aluminum together, I'll ask my dad later tonight.

Also can you take the case off the reciever here?

hmm

LW- That 140cm extender VS, I forget its name
MW- Arcade 3, I think, unless someone can name a more memorable one.
HW- Either OO4 or cheese

OK, another LW and MW for my team, Astraphobia 2 and probably Quote

Well, I am effectively not sure if sparkey cares about efficiency on mega adapter bots...

Besides, if the control board/battery is ripped out i'm pretty damn sure the game will crash. So this is not intended for fighting, and Badnik is right.
i can confirm this, i use custom parts often, and if an external one gets lopped off, things get messy real quick
Not according to J...
