the reason it doesnt do that much damage is because the backlash disc has really really crappy normals
stick a microvore disc on there instead and your damage will increase heavily

i'm sure it's effective but the front hinge burst just looks weird sticking up on top of a bot like that
you're also once again using 3 ants where a battlepack would work and weigh less, though im unsure if you could squeeze a battlepack in that chassis

2 ants are lighter than a battlepack and take less place, so it's really a matter of not enough weight.
but you have 3 ants, which is heavier than a battlepack, and since you only have 2 motors you only need the battlepack

most CAD softwares include a feature that can calculate the center of mass of an object, which you can use to create the hole for a weapon shaft on any object.
most people just get theirs cut/machined for them using cnc machines or laser cutters
