Building Rules:
-MW Stock 1.4 (there will be a poll)
-No BFE/AAM/Hax Mode/etc.
-Ro7 break is allowed. All other uses of RA2CF are not
-Bots that have their drive designed to break off and SnS bots are banned.
-Multibots are now legal, and both parts must be eliminated for an opposing robot to win against them.
-All robots must show controlled movement via at least two powered wheels
-AI parts/140cm extender/blue snapper/etc. are allowed
-No cheatbot2
-After sending your robot to me, you may update it only once, and only before signups close.
Tournament Format:
-1v1, unlike previous tournament
-Unlimited entries (1 bot per person)
-Arena will be a reskinned BBEANS v2 arena with hazards on (same as last tournament)
-3 min time limit
-Before each match, robots will be seeded based on how well they do in a pre-match fight/challenge. This fight will cycle every round between the following:
-Destroying a SFTW-esque bot
-Taking on two lightweights
-Surviving against a heavyweight
-A sumo match on the clawtop arena (hazards on) against EMERGENCY
I AM ALSO TAKING SUGGESTIONS FOR OTHER CHALLENGES SO IF YOU HAVE IDEAS GO AHEAD AND LET ME KNOW. Here are the robots being used:
Dummy robot:  Lightweights:  Heavyweight: 
-After robots have been seeded, the ones with the lowest rankings will enter the arena first. As each robot is eliminated from a round, the robot with the next lowest seed will enter the battle.
-Each robot starts the tournament with 3 lives
-A robot can earn an extra life by taking out 5 other robots in a single round. Unlike the previous tournament, this can be by any legal means (KO, immobilization, OOTA, WBP, etc.)
-Havok restarts will only be done if the havok explosion is game-changing (as the host, I will determine what is considered game-changing). Any robot that causes a havok restart twice within the same round will lose a life and be out for that round.
Other:
-I can AI, but it is preferred that you do it yourself. That being said, no cheaty AIs. If I AI your bot, you may not complain unless I have made an obvious mistake.
-No meltybrain.py
-I will be entering with this:
-Virus Bomb gets 2 entries if he wishes
-Winner will be allowed two entries in my next tournament, as well as a preview of my updated AI pack if they wish

rules:
stock HW unrealistic obv
which means im only taking robots that are 400kgs to 800 kgs if youre stupid
arena will be the high dive firepit because its for real buddies only
since noone will enter a regular stock tourney this things gonna need a gimmick - and that is that i'll allow people to use RA2CF, all glitches, trov chassis glitch, everything EXCEPT BFE which i'd figure no1 will use anyway.

i dont care if you steal robots from sage or inf but keep in mind someones gonna be a hard lad and build a super duper CF popup and youll prolly get dunked on
i'll AI, as in i'll steal the bindings from something in mr as's ai prolly that fits closest to the robot so if you want something specific do it yourself bucko ai'ng is BIASED, my girlfirend and i will drive the robots
your robot has to at least have 1 component from the weapons tab
as far as havoking goes if your entry havoks i'll restart it once, but if it does it again i'll default it to the other robot
and with judging, im going purely off who has the highest score to be FAIR and BALANCED

Since we're nearing the 1 year mark of the first official tournament, we might as well at least discuss the prospect of a sequel.
Discuss what metas, format, or pretty much any ideas you'd like to see. Currently we have absolutely zero planning or preperations done right now, so you're ideas are as good as ours.
I know the last GTMCS left a bad taste in the majority of entrants, so please come forward with what you think would make the tournament a bigger success. Alternatively, feel free to state why you think we shouldn't host another official tournament or if we should look into another form of an official league.

The World Cup of RA2
I'm planning on running a competition where only 1 person per country can enter, in order to represent their country of choice in a world cup of sorts. Spots will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. Entries will be unlimited and only bound by signup time. Natives have priority to their own country (e.g. a German member can kick a non-German member out of the German signup slot).
A country may have bots from multiple builders in different metas. A country may be reserved for one week without a bot being sent, starting 12pm UK time on Saturday 12th August.
Note: If any meta receives less than 8 entrants, it will not be run. Sorry!
I will be running tournaments in the following metas, all in the HW class with 3 minute fights:
General Rules
SnS banned
CB2 banned
Fights are 3 min, hazards on
BO1 double elimination
Multibots allowed, distractionbots, drones and swiss army bots are not.
It is strongly recommended that you skin/theme your bot in a way that at least hints at your nation. This is, however, not a requirement
Signups will last 2 weeks
Otherwise, standard ruleset for each meta applies unless otherwise stated below
