I'll skin it properly tomorrow and also probably replace the a e s t h e t i c forklifts with wedgelets
... or I could rebuild my "literally just a box" axebot that I showcased four months ago ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Meet Valkyrie 2. Pl 10, 784.6kgs, good bot, lazy skin. The Sir K claws are meant to be wings. Not sure how well they work.

There IS something wrong with a 2 Moros blades stacked in each other, however. What I saw, they weren't stacked, rather placed right next to each other...
I dunno how 09 interpreted "stapled together" as "stacked inside each other", but yeah, all I did was make the bar thicker, I didn't think it would be this big a deal

So a little while ago I built a Son of Whyachi-style overhead hammer spinner. Never bothered skinning it properly or showcasing it. Anyway, a couple of weeks ago I saw someone (I can't remember for the life of me who it was) post a HS that used a 200cm DSL disc, and I thought to myself, "You know, I've never seen a bot with a 250cm disc... hold my beer, fam." I'll skin it properly tomorrow and also probably replace the a e s t h e t i c forklifts with wedgelets, but it's nearly 1am right now and I can barely think straight

I was about to ask for my customary mirror match but I'm not sure whether SnS vs SnS is a good idea lol
Also ayyyyy, someone remembers Torquish Delight's macey twin from that one game we don't talk about

Bit plain, but not bad. Various ways to add weight would include using a more powerful burst for the flipper, rebuilding the flipper to be wider, or adding some extra external armour since the chassis is very exposed. Or some combination of the three.

I vote Doot for Team Dark captain, due to his excellent track record in tourneys.

I have to agree with Avalance on this one.
Serious issues, and you have to make it a joke.

The extreme development hell and the apparent lack of interest from anyone else rather remind me of a lot of my own projects.

That's crazy. I like it. You might want to be aware, though, that a lot of IRL tournaments have rules preventing you from using multiple MechaVore discs.

Yeah, that's a good first bot! Seems like you already have a pretty good grasp of IRL building. Welcome to the forum! Hope you stick around, and hope to see more bots from you soon.

I'm surprises at how well IWTFRC and Chaotic Reaction are doing. Good on them, though.
Also I swear that song sounds familiar somehow... like it's a remix of something...

I just realized that putting the weapons on axle mounts makes it invertible. Good thinking there!
Personally, I'd drop the armour level down and use titanium or steel extenders for the outer armour. You'd be more vulnerable to axes, but better protected from spinners, and if an axebot attacks you from the front it'll probably break the axe arm on those top teeth. You may also want some sticky-outy bits™ on the back and sides so it can't get stranded.
Overall, I like it. It has a lot of personality to it, plus a clever weapon design. Admittedly I have questions about its effectiveness, but this is IRL so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Battle 1: Supremo Mini got so lucky there holy crap Battle 2: Bit surprised Catipult went through when it sustained so much damage Battle 3: Tankslapper wins by doing absolutely nothing Battle 4: Average Sized Black Saw wins by not getting torn to pieces quickly enough

Ayyy, I did pretty well overall.
Nice job with the tourney, Rob! I'll be seeing you in Hostile Circus, hopefully.
