Or maybe it's because stock robots vary little from one another. Also, those two robots look nothing alike just because they are 36HS. That's like saying Apollo looks like Eruption.

CNGH I don't get your point, this isn't just a "oh, it's just all stock bots look alike" sorta thing, Transistor is a blatant rip-off of Pip's bot.
Redalert, you might as well put a nail in your own coffin for drawing the comparison between the two bots. It's pretty sneaky considering you PM'ed Pip asking her to get the .bot file so that way you could ONLY fight against it, you didn't ask her if you could copy it and completely rip it off.
This reminds me of when LRA2 stole SurgicalStrike and reskinned it as his own entry in his tourney Terror Twisters.

you can run 6 razors on a ddt just fine as long as you have the battery life to keep it at full power
that being said the pinks are inefficient compared to the rest of the bats and ddt wedges are a waste of weight at mw level

yeah so the patch definitely changes how the in game physics work
here's bajur's nature wars bot that was having issues. slows the weapon motors to a crawl and causes it to gyro.
now before anyone says anything, don't blame redace. he didn't make the new collision meshes for the extenders. this one is on clickbeetle for making them
That... is extremely bizarre. I did a lot of test battles with the crash patch, and never got anything like this.
That said, I didn't test with any extremely complex extenderbots. Are you only seeing the issue with bots that spam a lot of angle connectors and 10cm's? (I can't quite see how the drum on that bot is built. It seems to change with and without the patch, which should not happen.)
Bot in the vid is a chassisbot (with the new matilda teeth mesh), but it seems consistent with both chassis and extenderbots. From my testing it only seems to affect the game if you have them mounted on a motor (burst, spin motor). It doesn't seem to have any impact if they're static mounted. here's a vid from TR on the changes between having the patch installed vs vanilla dsl on a flipper (and extenderbot)

although scrolling up that 36hs isn't legal either, so maybe it wouldn't hurt for people to try to learn stock the legit way
How did you know they are not legal and made with RA2CF?
for the 36hs you can't mount snappers that close together since you won't be able to place two extenders to the hidden aps. as for the lw, an hpz mounted directly to the hidden snapper ap can't intersect the chassis
