I think that it's the fact that you get a ton of warning with Slender, and I just don't find Slender scary. SCP is all jump scares, which scares me quite a bit.

I just played it. I wasn't scared one bit, I just killed myself after 3 pages because I was bored. Maybe because I already knew what was going to happen? SCP-087-b is much more scary, IMO, I didn't last 5 mins in that. And I knew that would happen in that too, so IDK.

Aha, now this is a hardware problem! My DVD/CD drive has been doing this to my discs, recently. It does it whenever it tried to read or write to the disc, seemingly, although I'm not sure. It leaves the discs unusable. Is there anything I can do that doesn't involve buying anything or sending my PC away?
