Really needs to be invertible. Get rid of enough ants to fit room for bigger wheels, you don't need nearly that many.
Also if you wire your flamethrower to an analog you only need one small airtank to power your flamethrower as long as you keep holding the button.

Aside from Delta II I dont think Afterthought did any real damage. They mentioned it KOing Crusher in Season 4 before it fought Slap Em Silly but from further research that was a self-KO.
Moebius was awesome, one more season and they would have hit their stride. Also if they got their LW Bonesaw together for that 6th season, that would have been amazing.

You need more weaponry and less armor, also a tougher disc. At least the armored disc if not the full one for that size. Get some hammers and a bigger motor to spin it (Perm 132 or MOE motor). 4 beaters is literally nothing at SHW level.
