You can only get a burst motor to do a 180 via some clever editing of text files, which I don't know how to do. Trust me, the beta spin motor works fine, especially for Terrorhurtz.

If you say that the Wii was a good console you have something wrong with you. I assumed that it made a loss because if you want to put a half-decent hardware in your console, you have to make a loss on the console.
Actually no, I'm perfectly healthy, but thanks for the totally unnecessary insult. Assumptions get you nowhere. The Wii was a great business move by Nintendo as it was more affordable than it's competitors and was more family friendly. There are many more families than there are 1337 HXC GAM3RZ like you. I like the other consoles too, I'm not biased, it's just kids like you who think that SPECS = ERRYFIN' AND GMAEZ MUZT B REELISTIC N BLOOD that really **** me off.
Specs aren't everything, but when your specs are so poor that game devs don't even bother to develop for your console, you have a problem. On top of that, the wiimote was so insufferably bad that the only game that I ever played that worked with the wiimote is SSBB, and that ignored motion control. And it was still 10x better to use the classic controller.
They weren't catering to your kind of demograph, so no sh** you're going to think it's horrible.
Also, since when does everything have to be perfect on the first try? Not many other consoles had tried motion sensor before the Wii, and it seems to me that they're the only ones who really got it right and got it working. Meanwhile, Playstation failed miserably with their Go (Or Move, or whatever it was called) and people don't really care about Xbox's Kinect. Nintendo is trying to revolutionize and rewrite how games are played by bringing you more and more into the gameplay, while Playstation and Xbox are doing the same old sh**; bringing up the specs and using 2 handed controllers.
When you're paying £180 for it, I expect it to be damn near perfect first time. atleast the wii doesnt have it;s period every month and die. and actually the controllers are original and fun to use and they show that the developers actually put some effort into it. plus you have accessories that mean you can make the remote into the shape of an actual gun. i doubt xbox's can do that or would even bother to do that if they wanted.

Why not? Just because your product is terrible compared to your competitors doesn't mean that you're not competing with them. When I first got my Wii I had the choice between a Wii, Xbox or PS3. I chose the wii. Big mistake. Also, repped down for having an opinion.

I can see how that made a profit, considering the insultingly-bad hardware. Trust me, the Wii did Nintendo no favors. If the Wii had never existed, the Wii U would probably not be failing so hard.

Poor third party support due to the pointless and annoying gimmick (motion control) and a lack of popular games due to crappy hardware lead to very poor software sales in comparison to the Xbox and PS3. IIRC, Nintendo made huge losses on the Wii.

They made profit on every Wii. It's the 3DS and Wii U that killed it.
And I knew the 3rd party argument would come up. There are some great games if you dig enough. Last Wii game I bought was House of the Dead: Overkill which was... so much fun.
The wii may have a very few good 3rd party games. Compare this to the Xbox360 and PS3. Also, this a bit of truth from the comments of the Kotaku article. This is crap. This is how it works:- Company makes consoles.- Company sells consoles to retailers, get money- Retailers sells consoles to customers, get money.So, if each Wii cost $244 to produce, then Nintendo would have to buy each Wii to the retailers for $245 or $246 each maximum, meaning a profit of only… emmmm… $2.And no retailer in his right mind would sell a console that only turns a profit of about $2.[/spoiler]

1) Find the robot you want to download
2) Download it
3) If you want to use it yourself, put it in the 'robot designs' folder and import it in the bot lab in-game. if you want to fight against it, learn to AI.
