If you're looking for a Tekkit server, my good friends at dravidian alliance are starting a tekkit server very soon. They're all very nice and they have a teamspeak and everything. And I'm probably getting admin so if you need help you can contact me easily n stuff.

I'm pretty sure this game was only made because the programmer wanted to chLlenge himself. If he has made it run a little better than Minecraft, then good for him. However the only reason I can see for playzooki liking this is because it's free. Or because he's a hipster.

Nope. 0 activity so I made the CSGO server which I use quite often. I don't think I need one.

4x 250 days in the last year. 1000 days in the last 365 days, I'm glad you found some flaws in your calculations :P
And even if he meant he's played 4 times what jonzu spends on gtm every year then he's still played 250 days of CS and that is physically impossible since only 240 days have passed this year.
I'm used to seeing "Time spend in 'X'" in hours format, not days. My mistake.

@Chaos Of course, indeed I prefer the old pokemon games to the new. Graphics do not make a game, but they do play a small part IMO.
@Pwn I had a case for my DS, but it was pretty bulky so I took it off to play games.

Derp I'm a moron. Used 250 hours in my calculations not 250 days.
250 * 24 = 6000 Hours
6000 / 4 (years) = 1500 hours/year
1500 / 365 = Just over 4 hours a day, I make it.

Alright, take gen 1 of pokemon. Very low texture/sprite resoultion, and some of the sprites are hideously bad. But you'd rather play it with those graphics compared to ascii graphics, no? Graphics are a part of the game, just not part of the gameplay.
I'm not sure about the 2DS being sturdier than the 3DS. Sure, there's no hinges but those screens look pretty vulnerable...

@craaig Yes, IMHO it does make a better game, but RTH was so godawful in every other department that overall it was a terrible game. Would you rahter play, say for example, Crysis on Very Low settings or Ultra settings, assuming you get a good framerate and all that?
Also, good graphics =/= advanced graphics. Advanced graphics (high poly count, high res textures etc.) Add nothing if you can't use those graphics well with nice textures and good models/sprites.
And if graphics mean absolutely nothing, why not have all games made in ASCII art? It's a hell of a lot cheaper to render.

I dunno - I'm also one of those people that slates the constant strive for improved graphics when it's not graphics that make a game. Hell, I'd much rather play Pac-Man or Tetris than Ride to Hell: Retribution.
That's because RTH is the worst game ever made, nothing to do with the graphics. I like the 3D feature. Doesn't hurt my eyes at all, and I find it works quite well.

My opinions are fact and yours are either the same as mine or wrong. That's how the internet works.
Seriously though, Dropbox has very fast DL speeds, is free, is very easy to upload/download to, you can get direct links easily, there's no waiting times and most importantly has no annoying adverts. This is not true for most other free upload/download sites.
I was thinking that maybe instead of the downloads tab, we could upload the files to other sites (rapidshare, mediafire etc.) and just link to that from the DLs tab. Easier on the site, avoid problems with hosting dodgy stuff, would be very similar functionally.

Long list, eh? And I don't see anything coming out in the forseeable future that would interest me. Of course you may beg to differ, but why not just get a 3DS to play 3DS games? Because it's more expensive than the 2DS, right? That's only because It's your money, so you want to buy it to save your money. If, hypothetically, your parents were to buy you a handheld Nintendo console for christmas, you would obviously ask for the 3DS, no? When you're a 5-10 year old kid (target market) and you ask mommy and daddy for a christmas present, every kid would ask for a 3DS over a 2DS.
