Nerve Agent has been refined (concentrated?), and is ready for combat. Trying out a slightly different splash design as well.

Dunno if you can see but there's a small axle extender across the back of each wheelguard, dunno whether to keep them or not.

Man, the level of improvement since you first joined is incredible. Even if some of your robots are... bizarre, to say the least, they're all highly-detailed, original designs. I love them!

The new Ring! Ring! is IRL, but it wouldn't be allowed into most tournaments for being weapon-spammy. Generally, more than four teeth on a single disc is frowned upon. Also, may I ask what's powering the weapon? It seems pretty underweight, which makes me wonder whether the weapon motor is less powerful than it could be.

Rusty is even more underweight, and the way the Sir K claws are perched on the end of the bar looks pretty precarious. IRL, those would probably snap off after a couple of hits. You should use large Typhoons for that instead

After the success of Tiny Crab and Mighty Crab (and multiple requests), I have finally gotten round to constructing a HW version to form part of my OW3 line-up!

King Crab.png

It's an ungraded version of Mighty Crab, featuring a slightly larger chassis, redesigned claws and rear extenders, improved battery life, and of course, a golden crown mounted on a Mag Snapper to act as a srimech.

I'm still paranoid that I'll end up milking these crab bots until they overstay their welcome, but might as well enjoy their popularity while it lasts.

That's awesome. I think you can save weight by cutting down on batteries, if 3 spin motors is all you have then a single black batt should do the trick.

It's good to have you back.

BW HS with DSA and 4 pinks. Weighs 178.0 KG.
The BW limit is 175, you're gonna have to shave 3kg off somewhere to get that in the limit. Maybe stack the batteries more efficiently and shrink the chassis down slightly?

Okay, so you might be wondering what happened to Botober. Well, to put it bluntly, my mental health happened. I got to Day 17, drew a total blank, and just gave up. Which is why I was reluctant to showcase the bots in the first place, because I knew this would happen...

...but let's look on the bright side! I have 16 brand-new bots, ready to be refined and shoved into tourneys! I've already given Espresso Machine an improved skin and the final place on my Mech Madness 2 roster (but forgot to fix the flamethrower alignment, reeeeeeeeee):

And I'm now proud to announce that a slightly-tuned Red Mist will be my Deathmatch 3 entry! Apologies to those of you hoping for Cluck!

The top one looks like it's in need of some SOW-style supports for the tribar (and I can't believe you nicked the name of my axe-bot), but they all look pretty good. You don't see shell panels used like that very often.

I think the maximum size for avatars is about 150x150. I had to shrink and crop my current avatar down to 148x150 before it would accept it, and my previous one was about 90x120.

I love the extenderwork on the bar, it looks absolutely beautiful, and I'm a sucker for that kind of wedge design as well. What's powering the bar? Dual Perm?
4-mag. It works surprisingly well, but I might have the ability to upgrade to 6-mag if need be.

Yeah, I'd recommend 6-mag, I don't think 4-mag is gonna be enough for such a large, heavy-looking bar.

Sev's smol fox boi seems like the perfect counter to Fire Ant, it's got plenty of front armour and the weapon will hit Fire Ant right on its exposed top. This might not end well.

regular zteks (I wanted more power for the weapons. This also increases this bot's run time.)
I believe every spin motor in RA2 uses the exact same amount of battery power, so dropping to regular Z-Teks isn't going to increase your robot's battery life. I wouldn't have thought battery life would be a concern anyway, tbh, I got the impression Stock fights rarely ever last the full three minutes.

Not too keen on the shape of Killer Bee's supports, but it looks okay. I reckon you have just enough space to rebuild the chassis and remove the odd bumps on the back, to save weight. You should also get rid of the yellow angle extenders on the beaters, because I don't think they're going to do damage like that.

Frost's motor is still kinda exposed, but I think it's within the bounds of acceptability now. Maybe see if you can move the wedgelet to one side, and put a second one on the opposite side.

You should probably use a longer bar because that's gonna suck with reach.

I'd actually recommend using a longer Perm, and just moving the bar further towards the front of the robot. You're gonna be hitting opponents from the front 90% of the time.

When is episode 1?
Bild reckons it'll be out tomorrow, so not long to wait.

Good to see you posting bots! Let me go through these quickly:

Frost: Not bad for a first extenderbot. The internals are really exposed though, the Perm's just sitting there completely uncovered by anything. You need a top panel that covers the whole robot, and a back panel as well. You can save weight by removing the second Colson on each wheel.

Red Rum: Again, not bad. I'm glad to see you haven't made the usual rookie mistake of not adding proper weapon supports. I'm almost certain that disc is going to clip through the chassis though.

Tsunami Mk.V: You've done a good job making a shell spinner that doesn't look boring. I think you only need two red batteries, and I'd recommend changing the weapon setup because right now you have sixteen weapons on the shell and none of them are going to be particularly effective. Replace all the weapons with four Large Typhoon Teeth. (You could go for six if you have the weight, but that's going into "weapon spam" territory, so stick with four and do something else with the weight).

I'm not an expert on Stock, but I reckon that's pretty good for a beginner. Generally, smart zones aren't counted when it comes to weight, so your robot would be 799.8kg.
