This is so true, and the worst part is that sometimes it doesn't even matter if you have good internet, the server will go down for a few seconds and put you 5 minutes behind. Lost a game last week because of that.

I won't carry you but I'll tell you to get out of ranked until you can be better and just play in normals till then. People don't usually care unless they tryhard, and by the time you get better you can usually carry your team. By holding off on my placements and waiting to do them now I managed to hit high silver MMR in normal, so that's giving me good hope for my rank.
Also I thought you were German? Why aren't you on the EUW server?
