I mean nobody can tell if you BFE/RA2CF to stack blacks. The rules really mean "Don't do stuff that's only possible with RA2CF or BFE etc", such as tiny invincible chassis with battery armour etc

As for stacking, I find it to be a massive pain in the ass too. To be honest, usually I just RA2CF or BFE the 2nd black in after I've built everything else. It's a waste of time otherwise.

VB6 outputs programs as a simple .exe, which should work on all Windows systems, right? Assuming you have the correct C++ redistributable but you almost certainly already do.

Yugi's been planning to bring back a "Main" tournament for the forum which would be a BBEANS replacement. But yeah, a new BBEANS would be sick. Maybe if click doesn't have the time he can give the name to another reputable tournament host?
(And I'm currently running a Stock HW tournament in the BBEANS v2 arena, it's basically a BBEANS tournament Kappa. Signups are open)

Man, didn't know that when building my bot(and it most likely wouldn't help mine) wonder what broken things will be created.
RO7 doesn't really inhibit much for DSL-S designs. Are you thinking of serge's "haxmode" component intersection patch? Because that is banned.
True, had that thought as well, currently it doesn't allow for much but I can imagine this allowing a lot of broken things in the right hands. Also DSL-S? Just to make sure, we are building with stock rules(like mentioned in the main post) or did I miss something?
