He still lost.
I know it's an obvious statement to make, but how much weight do you have to play with? A little sheet on the back would help.
I was gonna rebuild the whole thing with lighter materials and make it lower to the ground. Protect the wheels, give it a titanium wedge, all that stuff. Hopefully it'll be ready by the next competition I go to. Ouch, what part failed, the hub or the shaft?
Hub, though the shaft was a little bent after the match. Dave hubs definitely aren't the best for battling a spinner. Going to get some snap hubs.

Moto day 2 update
Nocturne is 1-1. Lost to Project Darkness, beat Honeybaked Ham.
Thunder Child is 2-0 with wins over Group 5 and Grande Tambor.
Resetti's robot Troubadour is out 0-2 with losses to Scrambles and Terrarpin.
Mike's two sportsman class robots both won their first fights. His assbot hasn't fought yet.
Phoenix is 1-1. It lost to Pitter Patter but beat his friend's traffic cone bot thing.
Hyperactive and Gloomy fought again. Gloomy got some awesome sparks from the titanium cover, but it lost its saw and then half of its drive, and Hyperactive ended up winning.

Moto Day 1 update: FireArrow went 2-2. Wins against Satan's Segway and Ring a Ding Ding, losses against Vile Ant and SpinZilla. Looking at a complete redesign.
Nate's two robots went 0-4. He had some really bad luck with Viciously Circular and Slim Pickens.
Algos was one of the last four ants in contention when we left. Klazo did really well before losing to Low Blow. Eleos went 0-2.
Noctune is slightly overweight and didn't get through safety tonight. Gotta drill some holes.
Excited to fight with Nocturne tomorrow. Beetle class looks insane.

*sighs* I must be putting out some crap work then if I NEED that.
lol, I didn't mean you specifically. Just everyone that comes in and doesn't know what they're doing. Don't be so hard on yourself dude, your robots are great.
