Think of 2.2 as version 3 of DSL. The 2 versions are incompatible with each other (I think 2.1 bots work in 2.2 but their batteries work differently) and they have different metagames.
They both use dsl-s building style, but 2.1 is more focused on spamming weapons like razor tips and beater bars, whereas in 2.2 replica weapons like frenzy hammers ans mechavore discs are overpowered.
2.1 is basically dead at this point, so I would say don't bother with it. If you're not a fan of 2.2's imbalance, the Ironforge mod is a good replacement. Hopefully this covers everything.

I like the skin. I think MW popups should use snappers2s instead of DDTs, since they have a faster initial speed than DDTs (iirc) at the cost of force, which popups don't really need nvm im chatting bs. Would be nice to have an extra nifty/black too

Hammer will be no limit use, but all of the weapon (expect hammer) has 15 per use limits.
Hybrids allowed but I will check.

Boxing bots: Could be cool, but 15 of any weapon is too much, nobody is spamming 15 of a weapon component in IF. Maybe make it so you're only allowed the 25kg(?) boxing glove hammer as well? Little Chassis Clash sounds identical to the Clone Clash tournament I did Clone Robot Go Go sounds like that one tournament geice is hosting

You find stacking fun? :S I did the stack legit the first time, cba for the rebuild. I don't find stacking fun and the end result is the same, screw me for trying to enjoy stock right? At least I'm honest about it. is the stack even worth it? a black's more powerful and allows for an even larger chassis for stability

 Had to switch from a lighter setup with a horizontal snapper due to instability and minor AGOD. This thing is still kinda havoky and mauler dance-y when it loses a few claws too. Having to do that 2x nifty+cb stack was a huge PITA, just RA2CF'd it on the rebuild once I knew I could do it.
