portable ra2 would be miserable
+1 this isn't really worth it. you want portable ra2? sorry, laptop or nothing. RA2 was never built for pure controller support, only for occasional joystick/controller use in bot wiring. that's it. not worth it imo.

Yes, if you wish to for some reason. I'm simply stating the fact that's RA2 will be terrible for controllers. And it seems like it would be hard to get the game on or off the system, and it's ultimately not worth it in my opinion.
I can imagine the Steam controller being useable, since it's not too dissimilar to a trackpad and RA2 is playable on a trackpad.

I think I confused people with this. What I meant was that robots have to spawn in with an actual chassis, so it can be taken out and destroyed, like how robots have little radio receiver thingies. They don't need to be large, but the chassis must at least exist. Robots with nonexistant chassis that spawn in with the meter empty have no chassis to hit.
Basically, the chassis meter has to be filled and not empty when starting.
Retarded rule, not only because it's so easy to bypass.

What kind of support were you looking for? If you're interested in something like this just do it

Yeah, no reason it wouldn't work. I remember something similar to this called the Open pandora years ago, only it was mainly made for emulators. I wonder what happened to that...
