6wd POOPUP

DSA, 3 blacks, DDT wedges, 8 razors, 6wd. Very hard to control by hand but does a good job of rushing opponents at the start of the match. Wedges are on par with Hot Wheels.

So no rammers?
You can build a rammer, as long as it has a 140cm extender (you could just put it on a random baseplate anchor), or you put  the drive/something on a snapper.
The only use for a Z-Tech/HP Z-Tech Is a weapon motor (if you can find a way, that is).
NVM just have to use yucky redbirds.

Are bots able to climb over your pokers wedges with the irons? Mine has issues with that with maces. And your piston seems to far forward if your trying to make it a piston style gut ripper.

When do we get to see that LW popup you showed in the Battleshots thread? :o
It wasn't that special, just a very flat popup with ztek drive and 3 razors on a snapper 2. And no it's 2 snappers.

Looks not too bad. Does the robot tip back when the opponent hits the wamming rack?
No, unless the other bot has 10+ HPZ drive.

True popup/wammer but works better as a popup. DSA,2 blacks, 8 razors, 6 irons 4 HPZ drive. DDTs for wedges and weapons. Wedges are pretty good. Doesn't do that bad though.

Luckiest:Speedy- How it got past the qualifiers is a mystery.
Unluckiest:Skrzak-It should have at least made it to the semis.
Best Skin:Gravity Storm-Eyupp
Most Original:Cold Snap-One of the only true popup/wammers hybrids
Biggest Upset:Skrzak.
Most Entertaining:Enroaching Darkness 3.

I know It's late buuut HUGE thanks to Vertigo for recording and hosting RL. Epic host is epic.

And I'll take RL Bear Claw please.

I will try it first, if both bots just sit there I will re-AI them both with the AI used on SnStorm

Looks nice.

But if anything gets under it...
90 percent of all bots in Ironbot are going to be HSes.

What I was working on for Ironbot. Maces were supposed to act like a wammer.

DSA, Nifty, 7 razors. Maces prevented bots from climbing over the wedge instead of reinforcing the sides and the pistons were to high I believe. Not sure where to go with it.

What I'll probably enter if I can't build a another bot.

DSA, 2 blacks, snapper 2 wedges.

How'd he get the Giraffe to stand?
Snappers and luck. You can see 2 snapper 2s in the splash.

I love how this discussion went from cheap CYMA springers to miniguns.

Requires more weight which could be spent on weapons, drive, or armor. Though that's just me, I haven't had any success with it though even with 20 pinks and 2blacks on a 3 DDT flipper.
No. It has to be a pure pink-battery powered robot, in order for this "thing" to work.
Bot 5 has a black and 9 pinks.
