Poor extenders means you can make these extenders better/efficient.
Don't use baseplate anchors, use multiextenders instead. then use side attachment points to add more extenders.
anchors are 2 kgs lighter in 2.2, so he should definitely be using them in the antweight class. Lowering the the chassis height should make it easier to make the bot invertible

Are you running the game windowed?
Ra2 tends to crash when your in a menu and your running the game windowed. You can fix this by running the game in fullscreen and I think running the game in compatibility mode can fix it.
Running the game in full-screen will more than likely cause textures to stretch as the ingame resolutions probably aren;t to scale with your monitor, so you might want to edit your ra2.cfg to correct the resolution.

you can change what weight class a bot is classified as through BFE. like TRB said, you can't change the games built in weight requirements, so you'd have to manually change each bot's weightclass. for modding component stats, i would have a look through here http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com/modding.htm

as long as it can self-right, the blue snapper is fine. never seen mw popup that uses 3 DDTs for weapons before, i like it. it does need a longer wedge though, and 1 black is a little on the low side for all the motors. also, making the chassis wedge wider and more shallow would make it better against hs. Good work on space management! Unfortunately, SnapperIIs (the blue bursts) usually make terrible wedges. You'll want to try to upgrade to Snapper2s (green and purple).
How many batteries are in the MW?

Oh dang I forgot to vote.
If you'll wait until later today I'll get some votes in.
I still have some bonus matches to do, so i'll push the date back to the 25th.

On the topic of updates, is it one update per person or one update per team?

i would be willing to team up with a competent stock builder to provide DSL and maybe ironforge bots
if redace would allow it, i could drop my dsl and/or IF bots to team up. both of them were rushed to get in within the 8 entry limit only if you want of course

Clamps are one of the best bot types in ra2... idk what kind of drugs you guys are on
and you'll probably get a huge swarm of poorly built, half-assed bots on the last day.

ring arena is just as bad if not worse with bots just pushing each other around the edge of the arena

flails seem to be de-weaponed more easily in 2.2. you can kill some of the old shell spinners and fsns with mw rammers, though that might have more to do with razors just being crap

i'm not really a fan of banning sns. all it really does imo is encourage people to build wedges, and we end up with more wedge wars as a result.
meltybrain though, is completely unfair, so i would just ban that instead of sns in general.

i can see lag or desync playing a part in the upcoming meta. depending on how bad it is, hs and sns may prove to be the top bot type once again due to the lack of driving precision needed.
and we could just do regional leagues to reduce the lag between continents.
