tgas can only be opened in paint.net as far as i know

.tga is a targa image format that supports transparency

kinda an old format now.. most people use Png for the same results (handy as they can store info also)

I myself do all my skinning with png's then just use a batch converter to change them to targa

With the component list you gave us there is NO WAY to build even a decent bot.

Below average, really bad or SOUL-CRUSHINGLY HORRIBLE are the only choices you give to us.

Alternatively you might want to make this a joke tourney...

I voted for Battlepack. Partly because I think it's small enough to still work with MW designs, but mostly because I enjoy seeing Naryar annoyed with this tourney. =P

Personally, I think it'd be pretty fun to see what the RA2 ever-presents could come up with with such a poor list of components

The point is though that you have to build the best SOUL-CRUSHINGLY HORRIBLE bot you can and it will face off against other SOUL-CRUSHINGLY HORRIBLE bots to see which is the best SOUL-CRUSHINGLY HORRIBLE bot
