Jonathan Pearce: The second robot in the history of Robot Wars to come from Bradford, Detonator comes, and it comes kicking, with powerful ramming spikes and an overall deadly design, but the high ground clearance plus the lack of invertibility worries me.

They're pretty similar to eachother. Dantomkia is just smaller.

I thought they were predominantly the same bot, just with a few tweaks to meet with the US regulations, and a new nationalist paintjob. Similar to Bigger Brother and Little Sister.

Pretty good heat. Shame Detonator didn't go further, but at least it looked good.
 
Very nice performance in KOTH by Iron Oxide, though. =D Unfortunately, I've got two very destructive bots in the final, namely Moe and Vertikiller. Hopefully I can get some retribution, though.

Crusader 2 looks very nice. My pick for the heat, however, is Tornado. Nice interchangeableness.

Sparkey did a nice job with his bot. I like it. Thinking Cupcake and Tornado in the heat final, Steel Avenger has a shot as well.

Well, that was predictable, and I shall never conform to 'use shiny hubs because they are the best' ever again. I knew my bot had a fatal flaw that hindered invertibility, and I knew that it was down to the fact that the discs were too big (despite being the smallest size they could be) and the shiny hubs didn't give enough ground clearance, and I knew that I should've had bigger wheels, but I decided to go with the advice that is always given, and it failed me. Oh well, it was to be expected, I suppose.
