Ooh, looks like I've got some pretty tough opponents in this Heat- with the likes HypnoDisc and Kat 3 about, I think Cheap as Chips is the least of my worries. Still, I'm quietly confident- the other two have no srimechs, so I could flip them over to win, and then if I'm fighting TAN later on, I could beat it on a Judge's decision by flipping it around.

Gonna predict Typhoon and Firestorm winning this semi.

I'll say Supernova and Firestorm. There's still a part of me that thinks Iron Oxide should be there instead of Wave Priest, but it's just the luck of the draw, I suppose. Really can't see it going much further, though, it's got a pretty tough rumble.

I did think the Special Fight was a bit pointless if there was no winner. I lol'd when Tornado drove itself into the pit. =D

The Semifinal Splashes works in a different way... Supernova, The Last Soldier, Firestorm and Vertikiller will be fighting from Final spot, and Typhoon 3, Shredder, M2 and Wave Priest for the second Final spot...

No no no, they're not rumbles... Supernova will be up against TLS, and Firestorm is up against Vertikiller. Then both winners goes to Semifinal Round 2 to fight for the Grand Final Spot...

Still, there was a silver lining in that Mr Kill did do well in the first battle, and that losing to HypnoDisc in Round 2 rather than Cheap as Chips in Round 1 isn't so bad, I guess. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with how it did, and I'll see what I can put together for Extreme 3 and Series 9.
 
Chaos 2's performance in the Special Fight was good, too- on a Judge's Decision between the remaining three judged until the point they all went into the Pit, I'd say it should've won.
