RULES
Game - DSL 2.1
Weight - Middleweight
Realistic Rule - IRL Realistic
27 robots. Entrants may send EITHER ONE ROBOT OR TWO ROBOTS. There will be a secondary stage to signups for second robots to be sent in. I will elaborate later, depending on interest.
If you can't AI, I will AI for you, just don't get whingey if your robot doesn't win.
You can't enter until I have received and accepted your robot.

BUILDING RULES
Middleweight class robots only. 249.0kg - 399.0kg
Only in game glitches are allowed - eFFe Glitching, Axle Loading and Snapper Loading.
No external editing at all - BFE, AAM and so on.
Must have at least 2 wheels for controlled movement.
Tracked robots are eligible, the weight cushion is - The weight of the tracks do not count towards the weight of the robot.
No scuttlers, crawlers or walkers.
Multibots are banned.
No unrealistic weapon sizes and quantities.
You can upgrade your robot or send a new one as often as you like until signups end.
Judge Bursts and MOE motors are the only non-wheel Cheatbot2 components allowed. All wheels allowed except Storm II wheels.
One Judge Burst per bot.

BATTLE RULES
3 minute fights.
Official Robot Arena 2 Tournament arena, I will make a new skin for it again.
Hazards on.
If a robot havoks then I will restart the match. I will keep restarting until there is a havok-free match. Fights with havoks will not be shown.

Arena

Round One - Qualifiers - 27 robots will be randomly placed into 9 battles with 3 robots in each. The winner of each Qualifier goes through to the triads, meaning 9 will advance.
Round Two - Triads - 9 robots will be placed into 3 battles with three robots in each. Winners of Battles One, Two, and Three will fight each other, qinners of Battles Four, Five, and Six will fight each other, Winners of Battles Seven, Eight, and Nine will fight each other. The winner of each Triad goes through to the Final, meaning 3 will advance.
Round Three - Final - The remaining robots will fight each other in a simple "Winner Takes All" three-way final.

Judging
Judging will be done by me.
Each robot will be given a mark out of 5 for the following:
Style - How well the robot looks in battle.
Control - How well the robot is controlled.
Damage - How well the robot uses it's weapons.
Aggression - How well the robot tries to become part of the fight.
A maximum of 20 points in total for each robot.

This sounds like and interesting tournament. I may enter this tourney.

Oh and I just remembered, are you gonna finish the grudge matches of Keep Your Enemies Close, post the awards, or not do anything else with it?

I doubt it. I've asked Craaig to move it to Completed Tournaments, but I'll do an awards thread.

Bot Exchange- Find your bot. Then the download link. Right click. SAy copy link adress. Paste. That link is your bot. Yay.
