Right, so if I'm fighting Yoda next, I'll need to focus on attacking the sides enough to get to the chassis. From what I can see, Minimus is strong, but looks like it has poor turning.

what are the turn values for my robot ? somethings not to right, I dont think it should be trekking across the arena away from the other robot every match :/

The turn value's 80. I think your bot does that because of the angle at which you built it.

by turn values I mean turn speed and turn,

I dont normally get that issue with angle building

Turn is 80, turnspeed 1, because anything higher made the bot uncontrollable.

I think that could be the issue right there

test out a higher turnspeed: such as 2.5 and drop the turn to say 40 (on estimating)

if not I will play around on my end

The major problem was the turn value. 40 fixed that. However, a turnspeed of 2.5 makes it sway while driving. I need to find a good balence between turning speed and the swaying.

hmm... ok.. I might play around myself also

generally when AIing (for future reference) you dont kill off the turn-speed then try and compensate with turn analog, all that's doing is turning more but slower. turning less amounts faster is better from my experience
