first of all hurricane bog off alright? its my first time doing this and I wanna make some that people will enjoy.
secondly, if it will make everything simpler I will make the bot weight a superheavyweight. that sound good you guys?

Also, why the hell do you need a designer or a skinner specifically? I am firmly in the NO camp for this. This is a interesting concept that simply isnt going to work.

it is so that the bot has its own unique look and style, and the designer is there to really just be team leader. i think superheavyweight isnt that bad, better than gigaweight anyways

i did have another idea for a tourney, same as this just no teams and the bots are ant weights and not superheavyweights, but I really do want to see this project through for the simple fact that I want to stand out and fit with this forum that I see as a bastion of awesome ness that just spews love and dedication everywhere it goes. but I feel like a nuisance to this server sometimes.

Well, how about an interest poll to see if people want to enter? People who want to enter tournaments will more than likely only vote yes in a poll than reply in the thread about their intentions.
Unless you already did put a poll up and you took it down, in which case, sorry for being ignorant.

pretty sure tom meant to put a poll up as to whether they are interested in entering at all eco, not just the weightclass

Yeah, this. However, it's good to know how he can adapt the rules of his tournament in order to get mire people to join, if that's what he wants.

the polls are in and people have vote for the antweight tournament, the rules will now be changed to reflect this poll effective immediatly.
