There is nothing 'unrealistic' about Hard Bot's entry - just as there was nothing unrealisitic about Garvin's entry last time.

why don`t we use the system (I can`t remember who it was) suggested?
everyone sends the bot in, freez makes a splash and a poll. the 16 bots with the most votes will be in. (14 in this case cause of Mike and me)
