The shell spinners were as cheap as, if not, more than Garv's bot. "Dog Collar" shell don't exist because it would be easier to use anything else.Not only were they as flawed as Garv's FS, A person has also noted the fact that they were high tier designs. Both people who entered Sheck spinners didn't care for the IRL segment and are getting away with it for not being garvin.
