No, he made a tiny chassis, put tons of axles on it. Then add weapons to the axles.

Okay now that I got that out of the way.

You could EFFEE or however it's spelled on more Irons or Razors to bring it up to the weight limit.

Best solution while keeping the robot pretty much the same would be..

Drop the drive to Standard Z-Teks

turn the lower black extenders vertical and put another black extender horizontal on the bottom of those

So it looks like this (with the tribar off to the left)

Then fill with 4 Irons on each arm..
