It would be a good idea to at least try it in DSL. This could potentially be a very effective weapon system that functions alot like the "jugglers" we already have. But what could we call these types of bots?

Underside rapers? That's the best I got...

If you are going to try again in stock, you should try building a U-shaped popup-like chassis and replace the firing weapon with your weapon system........or maybe I should just go try it out myself....

Maybe for the Crank-gimmick, place a set of axle-wheels on one of the ends.
So it will (hopefully) lean that way when the battle starts and be in position, as well as have a level base in which it could fire.
......
I dunno, it's just an idea.

It was, is, and always will be random. There is no way to prevent it, thus making this type of robot next to impossible to function correctly.

The weapon does spawn in the same way every time, but the way it spawns makes it useless.

Does it work if you rotate the axle mount; and if it doesn't, can't you mount it in the opposite direction to the way you want it to face then load it out for mounting stuff?

Okay, I'm looking for a baseplate skin for the chassis lab. I can't find one anywhere ATM. Also, the red extender is in the patch. Imma play with that. :3

Your best bet is to use the baseplate as the stabilizer and just ditch the snapper. You should probably get the weight for that if you use your old bot's weapon setup (but with HPZs, of course).
Clash Cubes 1 - Grey Matter (Runner-Up)
King of Karnage - Sideshow Freak (Runner-Up, Best Engineered)
Rust In Pieces - Paper Cut 3 (Grand Champion, Most Dangerous Bot)
Wheely Tag Tournament - Ion Thruster (Grand Champion, along with Ounces' DiSemboweLment)
UK vs USA - Dark Striker (Grand Champion)
Rust In Pieces 2 - Claymore (Runner-Up, Favourite Bot)
BBEANS 6 - Infection 4 (Runner-Up)
RA2 Team Championships - Serious Business, Skeksis (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, and Badnik)
RA2 Team Championships 2 - The Other Stig (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, Badnik, 090901, and R1885)
Replica Wars 3 - Abaddon (Runner-Up, Luckiest Bot)
BroBots - wheebot & yaybot (Runner-Up)
Robo Zone 2 - Dipper (4th place, Survival Champion, & Best Axle Bot)
ARBBC - The Covenant (3rd place, BW Rumble Winner, Most Feared BW)
