I did notice that, I just didn't think it was that significant. At the minute it just seems to be MR TEST who can award rep.

IMO the advanced user thing isn't a good idea because sensible guys like Marty or Doomkiller aren't advanced users, despite being solid contributors for a fair while.

That's what I was getting at. The trouble is, though, if we do allow every member to rep up or down, then the Drama Queens will abuse the system as much as they did before. I remember the discussion about individual members being granted access to the Junk Yard ,perhaps we could apply something similar for the rep system?
