[19:16:10] chris: why the f*ck doesnt he do a cardboard mockup already

Skype group.
Because I cannot make cardboard models, at ALL

The best I could do with cardboard is a box

(E): And plus, the cardboard I have in my house is Crarp

just add some acetate on the front for a wedge. i used 0.5mm hdpe because i didnt have acetate, got under baby hell though :D
Wut is acetate
i just told this to someone else so im going to tell it to you too

aluminum house siding.

its easy to chop up, it's light as can be, it's durable, and it'll make your prototypes look battle-ready. it's also cheap as dirt for a 20 ft. roll of it (enough to armor a dozen prototypes)

so go take care of that kk

so it'll get obliterated as soon as a good spinner touches it. Yeah I really wouldn't.

I don't think people would be putting prototype bots into the arena to fight especially against spinners.

I think I may dismantle everything I've got so far and start afresh, I'm dry out of ideas of what to do and where to go next to put it bluntly. Birthday's soon, no specific date as you don't know what kind of pedophiles there are out there. But anyway, for my birthday I will probably get a bit of spending money and maybe try and get a table in my room so I can actually work on stuff in my room and not have to leave things rotting out in the garage as there is no way to put them anywhere. I will have some spare as well so I am going to get some new things.
Also, I have studied a bit more in computer science and they have recently taught us about machine code, so hopefully that will come in handy.

Just fyi you mention your age in the very first post of this. Also, hop on the beetleweight train, it's not much more expensive than a decent antweight and is a nicer size to work with. Or just stick with the ants and go for better construction with your next one. I'm always on skype if you need help with anything bot wise.

Heh, I was a naive little bu*** :')
Beetle weights are a good idea, only problem is the lack of tools in my garage and the lack of space but apart from those two things I'd love to get into making one.
