i would build something like a Kan-Opener/Razer hybrid with serrated titanium claws (each powered by Razer's hydraulics) and 3" sloped titanium armour.

that's an indestructable killing machine with 27 tons of squeezability. awesomeness.

I even thought up a name for it [go me]: Jaws of Hell
The middle weight version would be much more similar to Kan Opener and would have been called Jaws.

well, 1 sq. foot of 3" titanium weighs ~120 lbs and costs ~$9000, so, not likely to happen :-D

i was thinking "Claw" or "Titanium Terror".

fbs = full body spinner = sns = sit 'n' spin right?

full body spinner = FBS = outside spins around but inside stays in the one pace

sns = sit n spin = whole robot spinning around

look up team whyachi's "Y-Pout" for an SnS and "Typhoon 2" or "Ziggo" for a FBS

I have to disagree on that. FBS's rotate the ENTIRE BODY excepted a set of wheels for drive.

Basically a SnS with translation capability. My DSL bot Singularity is a (failed) FBS
