Most High-Tech/Advanced robot built?
« on: June 14, 2011, 04:03:29 PM »
As the title says, what robot do you guys think is the most advanced or high tech out there? I'd like to hear your opinions first before I post mine.

Mortis was definitely one of the most technically-advanced robots for its time, particularly in aspects such as its armour (IIRC, Titanium, Kevlar and Carbon Fibre, coated in Silicon Carbide), its mechanics (utilising Brushless Servos to power its tracks), and its weaponry- that axe was a devastating weapon, even if only for its speed and striking power- it could hit with the force of a .38 Magnum fired at point-blank range.

With the technology behind it, mate. Besides, you seem quite biased about it- I never stated that Mortis was the "better" of the two, I was commenting that it was one of the most technologically advanced robots of the era, due to the various aspects of its construction.

And anyway, it never rigged any fights- the executives were behind the whole Pinball fiasco in Series 2, to which the team outright disapproved of.

Ah, Gear Crow- that one was pretty cool, but I never did see it in action. From what I saw, it was Bipedal.
