You misunderstand me. I'm saying that due to the nature of the arena, TAN was very cleverly designed.

Sure, it would fail in most arenas, but it was designed to be in the RW arena, and make use of that pit.Cleverest design in RW history? Right. Three robots.Tornado, Gemini and Anarchy.

Storm 2 showed how obvious tornado was doing it wrong I dont discount tornado's abilities, its great driver, or its time and effort put into it.. but if your going to make a pusher.. make it smash things into the wall and incredibly high rates of speed....
i hated voltarc biohazard tornado and diator
TAKE IT BACK I SAY
Getting back to Tough As Nails, and how it had no discernable weaponry, when Robot Wars moved onto Channel Five, the people who were running it at that point didn't even allow the ultra-tough Storm I to enter the qualifiers, because it was just a box with wheels, and was deemed "too boring", despite the fact it probably would've been a great competitor. I can't really see how TAN was allowed to compete and the original Storm wasn't.
