Actually, I was correct- Chaos 2 and Biohazard are both Heavyweights.

So then why is it that for the past few years Robogames and The Combots Cup have been won by Wedges or Lifters. :P If it was all about the weapon Last Rites would have won every year since its creation.

As for drivers...

It depends on the person. There is no gene that causes people to be good at driving a robot.
