Honestly the two teeth being seperated so clearly, the LED and teeth not quite fitting the extender, and the fact that the seperated teeth feel weapon spammy kinda ruin it. Just drop from 2 teeth per side to 1 and it'll be perfect.

I feel like running a tournament. I also feel too lazy to make my own rules. If anybody has any favourite cancelled or abandoned tournament they'd like to see taken over finished, let me know. I'll see what the consensus is and I'll finish or reboot the tournament, depending on if enough of the original entries are obtainable.

Updated Queue: As Kurt, Jamie and Badger are all in challenges RN, I can't challenge them yet. The next in line after removing those is Orc. Orc, let's get this challenge done: preferably it'd be done before Badger vs Boto but likelihood is it won't be. DSL IRL HW RW2016 Arena All mods in the DSL IRL Compilation pack allowed, so that's Badnik's Recolours, the DSC IRL packs, RA2CF and the AS balance patch. (The balance patch can be omitted if you'd prefer.) 1 havok and the round is restarted 2 Havoks and the havok-causing robot loses the round. Best of 5. 3 minute time limit. If time runs out on a round, 3 judges (I was thinking Demon, Gulden and Badger based on their host records and general reliability but it depends on if they are willing to) decide who wins the round based on a 45 point system with 15 for Damage, 15 for Aggression and 15 for Control, where the judge can split the points given. It's either this complicated system or Flippers are practically useless because you can't reliably get OOTA flips in this arena or KOs. Unless specified otherwise, this will be the standard ruleset for any of my future DSL title challenges. I'd honestly rather not use this arena but it's the only one that doesn't allow easy OOTA's without making it totally impossible to get them even if the flipper is dominating the fight. Yeah, I'm still salty over AGEMk.IV in RG against Prince Duck. And before you say "but what about your defence against TGM": that was always a flipper fight so we needed a OOTA capable arena.

To be fair, I think havok restarts and a 3 min time limits are things that are kinda defaults and only changed if explicitly stated.
True. But the rules didn't include them, and there's no default rule that activates when they aren't there, so there's nothing that can be done... unless we did a rematch. Except DSC threw that offer back in my face. So that ends that.

My thoughts:
One - I'm a little disappointed in my bot, as it works far better as a CW. Shame on me for not testing it properly. However losing to Ava's DSL-S bot is not the worst thing to happen.
Two - I do have room to feel hard done-by those two havoks, as the first one absolutely saved that round for your bot. If havok restarts weren't included in the challenge that is down on you, as you determined the rules.
Three - Whilst the rematch is appreciated I won't accept on those terms, as you're making no attempt to hide the fact you want to stack it further in your favour. Changing arenas so you can get more OOTAs, but "preferring" to keep the exact same bots? That is pretty blatant.

Trying to pull a "DSL-S" jab was the last straw. I'm rescinding the rematch offer. Don't piss off the one guy who offers negotiations. If GTM refuses to admit that these things aren't IRL, I'll just have to use them. This is for the DSL HW title, I'm not handicapping myself when it comes to one of the few things I have to my name. It's not tryhard if I do it:" The lra2 documentary coming soon.
It's the DSL HW title. I'm not letting go of it easy. Also, Invasion has 16 typhoon teeth, with 4 hitting at once. That's more than Raus has ever had. Clearly I wasn't the only one going in swinging. talk abiut undeserve wins, but a wins a win. But next time dont complain about 3 bursts then proceed to make one yourself

Bent flippers are entirely possible IRL. Off the top of my head, The Steel Avenger, Wolverine, Behemoth (if the Anti Spinner Scoop from S9 flips, which it should), Philliper 2 and others all have curved scoops: mine is just a front hinge flipper. The only issue is getting the chassis to match, but I'll do that for the next version. And again, I skinned it. Unless something went horribly wrong during sending (there were lots of botfiles created and moved around), I definitely skinned it with the AG stripes. I also took specific detail to make sure the flipper panels were of differing colour to continue said theme. The red on the wheels match the red on the E-Wedge.

I was writing my previous post while distracted. I am aware it says DSC cannot havok restart 3 times. Just before anyone makes a comment about it.
Also: I'd expect nothing less than a flame war, NC. Tbh all the people sh**talking my robot are just trying to start one, but I'm not really going to bother.
