Thanks  It's definitely my own personal favourite bot that I've made.
Just thought about this, but what would it look/ drive like with T-Minus wheels? That's the only thing I can think of to get it closer to the weight limit
I'm not really a fan of how T-Minus wheels look plus they're too small. It weighs 796.7kg anyway now because I needed up some areas of armour and also made a few cosmetic improvements

Can't unfortunately. Lengthways it either clips inside the burst or pokes out the front of the flipper, and widthways it won't fit at all A new version of Sabre always get my approval, such an underrated robot

Decided it was high time for a new version of my favourite bot I've ever made. Here's the first ground-up rebuild of Sabre since I first built it. Similar in many ways but much sleeker and less messy in appearance and with a few extra visual touches which I'm pretty damn happy with. Bit scant on battery life with 2 battlepacks and 5 ants as it was all that would fit. Same motor config as the original with dual NPC fast drive and a storm burst for the flipper (which is now a bit longer and should have more leverage to throw bots out, especially with the assistance of the fins on top which serve a dual role of holding bots steady on such a narrow bot so it can get a flip in, and also looking cool) Armour is largely steel with a lil bit of alu thrown in here and there to save on weight. Pretty happy with it all in all. Will probably knock up a splash for it at some point but here are the pics for now. 777.5 KG BTW. Pics:

Got a weird ass bot idea in my head today so I had a crack at building it. Hammer/Clamp hybrid. Short VDMA for the axe, mag snapper for the clamp. Dual NPC fast drive. 795 kg.

Both of these are looking great now. If the white one is still an MW then it's very impressive that you got it in weight. Look forward to seeing the yellow one in OW2. Maybe I'll even get the chance to fight it

If you can find a way to clean up the rear, and the very front edge of the wedge this would be top notch. You can probably ditch one of the battlepacks as VDMA bursts use a lot less power than the front hinge ones which should give you some weight to play with. I'd also switch the shiny wheels to vlads too even though they're marginally heavier just for looks. Either that or just go to a CW or HW and beef up just about everything :D

Here you go! Smartzone placement is a bit sub optimal here so it's not as consistent as it could be but it's pretty good most of the time. The first recording I did had some OOTAs but it dropped frames like crazy.

If anything the battery needs to be upgraded. It cuts it fairly close ATM Love it. Looks like an upgraded mAlice. Would like to see it flip.

New one. This is Azimuth, a 4 bar flipper with a slightly interesting burst setup that allows it to use bigger, more powerful bursts than Raiden, while being about half the height, and still fully IRL. A lil bit of annoying asymmetry on the front as a result (I originally had a drum covering the burst hinge, and another on the other side for symmetry, but they prevented it flipping properly despite looking pretty damn cool) but other than that I'm really pleased with it. 2 wide medium bursts for the flipper and dual TWMR2 drives for drive. 780.9kg all together with a mix of steel, ti and aluminium armour. I kinda prefer the weapon of the first version but overall this is hot.
I agree the old weapon setup looks better. Will probably revert to it. I was trying to get a bit more damage and reach with the cutting teeth but it didn't have much of an effect, plus they have less HP and look worse.

Another one, I made the spinners underweight on purpose so they weren't as op compared to the other weapon types.

I really like that green flipper. The green highlights on the front triangular pieces are a nice touch.

Here's a thing. CW angled spinner. TWM drive with a 4mag crammed in there for the spinner. Front construction is all steel too so if it gets deweaponed it should at least be somewhat tanky.

This is one sweet looking bot. I instantly thought of iron awe 2 which makes me think its going to branch off into multiple versions of pyramid flipper XD but seriously this is one of my Favourite bots you've made in this showcase

Thanks both of you! The premise of a flipper/axe was sorta based off the old iron awes but I did my best to try to make it unique looking. Think it came out okay.

New thing. Flipper/Axe combo. Fairly happy with how it came out design wise although it's a bit bland in terms of colours and stuff. Somehow within the HW limit despite taking like 3 full minutes to load into the game. 4WD TWMR Drives, Med VDMA for the axe, 2 Vsmall VDMA for the flipper. Pics: Exterior: Interior:
