Looks good. Make sure the Height slider is only 5 pixels up from the bottom, NC's movepixel would help.

Get movepixel.ahk ( https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,6845.0.html), slide the "height" slider to the bottom, then, while holding down the left button on your mouse, press the "Home" key 5 times, it'll get you the minimum height for a HPZ-tech.

Why is my Custom Texture not importing onto the bot?

What format is it in?
BMP, as it should be in the game. It's just black and white if that helps.
You're importing it when you're on the wrong part. I believe it should be imported when you're on the section that gives you all the metal-like skins for it to be color... if that fails, it's the color fill it should be imported on... I haven't skinned my bots in a while, 'cause I like the metal skins
I think you're talking about making textures, I'm talking about the Import Custom Texture button down in the corner.
That's what I'm talking about. Doing it in one Mode will give black and white, the other will give it in color

OPINION TIME:1. Yes, actually, (Just hope your in a arena with good hazards, or a pit, clamps don't do much damage, unless you replace the plows on this bot with weapons) 2. Spike strips can be put on extenders for armor/damage to opponents, like on Event Horizon 2:  3. No use for that kind of chassis comes to mind, really. Just don't bother and save the chassis weight. Fire axes and hammer heads aren't really too useful, use Razors/Irons instead.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Turning system updates on and off? Have you tried installing it on the computer instead of on the flash drive? (helps identify if it is a problem with flash drive)
Does the RA2 on the flash drive still work on other computers? (helps identify if it is a problem with the computer)
If you answered yes to both of the above, you either have two problems.
We already know that it isn't a problem with RA2's files because you've tried reinstalling a fresh copy of RA2.
BTW, the functionality of buttons are handled by the EXE (GIBs only specify the appearance and location of buttons).
GIFF files are associated with the different fonts that RA2 uses.
RA2 works fine on other computers. And it didn't work when I put it off my External Hard Drive.

Well if you want to clone make a game similar to CarnEvil, you'll have to figure out what kind of coding it uses (Python, C++, etc.).
How do you do that? I know there are parts of roms for MAME though.
I'd try lurking on Google/Wikipedia.
