How to uninstall system updates on Windows XP? (SOLVED)

I heard that my problem with RA2 (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,8349.0.html) was caused by a system update. How do I uninstall previously installed system updates?
I have Windows updater 3.1 and Windows XP.


EDIT: NC linked me to a tool that removed updates, now to just figure out why RA2's menu doesn't work)

How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.

Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs

Should be able to there.

Nope doesn't work. I'm trying to uninstall every update that Windows Updater has made. I'm running Service pack 2, by the way.

did you try a system restore to a point before the problem started? worked for me

Tried that last time. It didn't work. I don't even have any system restore points since I reinstalled XP. ;_;
If I'm running RA2 off a expansion drive, do I have to format (erase) everything off of there?
