can you stick a nifty in there
I spent 20 min. trying to stack a nifty in the control board. Even with hax mode, I couldn't stack it for some reason...then I made a bot later on that has 3 stacked supervolts, so... it's rather annoying. another bot. This may be THE best HS I built so far. 12 razors, drive and weapon motors are all redbirds, DSA, and even castor armor at the front and back! 394 kg.

Bonesaw. [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ]
Armor on the top actually protects your bot from opponents. Nicely done.

This lifter actually grabs and lifts opponents! MW, 299 kg. (it has ballasts) [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ] It's for RedForge.
alright let's see
-the weapon is cool but i imagine using actual skirts instead of blades will help it get under more -chassis is way too large for what you need, and the bits holding the ballasts are so exposed that it won't win against much. i'd recommend building those side pontoons out of extenders, that way the chassis stays protected -i love the design but considering it doesnt have a wedge or any way to fight hs i'm not really sure how it's supposed to win any matches
It actually does win matches, but you’re right. It needs protection.

Right putting an end to this.
OBJ is ok in the IRL scene, it isnt cheating. Invincible armour isnt possible, but editing values to reach ridiculously high armour values are, this also can be done on regular chassis, which is cheating. RedAlert, please think about the information you are presenting and the accuracy of said information before posting, this would go along way in helping not only you but who you're giving feedback for. The rest of you, I would appreciate less hostile responses and if you feel like you need to, just notify me of any of these kinds of situations.
Got ‘it.

Okay, since Kill never unlocked my other lego topic, here’s a new one. First bot. It’s a drum spinner. Gear trains that power drum had to be doubled to prevent fracturing. Trust me- when this bot hits another object, that’s 12 oz. of spinning legos hitting that object at around 1000rpm. Drum actually spins, thanks to a ratchet and 2 large gear reductions, connected to the right wheel.

I don't know that I have THAT little knowledge, but I know you guys are way more experienced than I am.
back on topic, please.
Invincible armor is impossible in RA2 to my knowledge. OBJ is simply a way to create chassis shapes that are not possible in normal RA2. To my knowledge, it generates the chassis with DSA (which sucks in DSL).
Also, if you want things to stay on topic, maybe you shouldn't derail the conversation in the first place. From now on, "Back on topic" means "I know I'm wrong but I won't admit it so instead I will try to change the subject to hide how wrong I am."
Also, thanks for the tutorial kix.
It is possible to make invincible armor. Simply program the bot file to have 9999999999 armor.

The new LW - Interceptor for RedForge. It's not identical to LW - ****mouth, so it's not a clone. 123 kg. 5 mm. Titanium.

IRL, I can see, but it’s so easy to make the armor invincible, so in that case, it’s...cheating.
In showcases, though, it’s a great idea. Tournaments and exhibitions, though, cheating again.
You hardly know anything about the game yet act like you're some smartass. Sit down.
I don’t try to act like a knoy-it-all. But when you’re watching a over eighteen matches a day in RA2, you get familiar with the pros and cons of components.

For SOW tribar situation This is IRL wise, because if you did go for IRL that wouldn't be legal as the bars are weak I didnt meant for you to use the SOW tribar component. I you should make that red part that is support on SOW (irl bot) in RA2
No that removes effort that you need to have
...or try modifying the tribar component if there’s a tutorial on how to edit components...
SOW tribar it is!
