Here's what Denali Coven looks like in RA2. I'm actually designing this bot in real life. EXCEPTION- the real life design has a lifter arm, not a flipper arm. 10 mm. Steel. I like to have the paintjobs I put on my bots really show in fights. I also built a little counterpart- Carmen. The bot's insides are shown in the previous post. (again, I have to double post whenever I run out of kb.) Fighting with Carmen...

you can save weight on some of those bots by cleaning up your extender work and getting rid of unnecessary stuff, for example you dont need that many baseplate anchors on the trinity sns as you can mount both the drive motor and piston on one anchor, similar to this:

the hammer looks good overall but you can once again save some weight by replacing the t connectors on the hammer arms with extenders attached with their side aps (the same applies to the vs with its t connectors), and would benefit from having the plows attached in a v shape to make trapping easier. the vs would also benefit from a wider wheelbase.
One of my bots in my Ai pack has that extender style- look closely at Evader from the team Awkward in 1.0.Saw this design, built a similar, but different replica of it.

Also, there are extender anchors that weigh 4 kgs. Try using those to save a little space
You're actually better off using a 10cm Square Aluminium Extender. It has the same shape and attachment points, but it only weighs 0.8kg, and since anything attached to the baseplate is invincible, the hit points really don't matter. I've found them very useful for shaving weight off older builds.

No, switch the baseplate anchors out for 10cm extenders to save a little weight and space on the inside of your robot.
...you mean those extenders that function as anchors.

Literally- get away from the generic bots. This is why my bots really stand out. If you guys hate my advice that much, I'll stop.
