that link helped me a lot really. i have been able to learn basic AIing with it. but i do want to know how to properly add a new team in the list of teams in RA2.
tried it before, probably forgot to do a lot of things, game crashed. brought everything back to original state.

i have been reading about the Storm 2 and typhoon 2 battle... and just WTF is this!? already thought it was strange that typhoon had won while constantly having to run away from Storm 2, but after reading this, it kinda gives me an idea why robot wars had stopped. people knew that the final was unfair and lost interest. next to the teams that lost their trust.
Storm 2 was clearly the winner if you ask me.

the new bot is here. NightBox 2. it is smaller and has better armour. first had 3mm titanium. this one 3mm steel.

this is mainly just a speedier version of Micro Vulcan. the best micro vulcan for me is the one with the angle motors. micro has DSA and does not have extenders on the DDT's, just the wedges, i think it is more compact and it can't get stuck on its rear. this one, just like my microvulcan with normal z-teks, can get stuck on its rear and it won't be able to get back on its wheels.

some extra weight is always good, more spikes and maybe some back protection. i'm also planning to use one angler on each side for 3 wheels on each side, this might give me slightly more weight to use as well and hopefully make this bot more stable. will be trying different things.
