It's sad to say, but Sparkey is right... The age which teenagers/children become sexually active is dropping by the minute here in the US. I graduated from high school with a girl whose been sexually active since she was 12. Needless to say she already had a child before graduating.
Sickening...
not only in the US. here in the netherlands i sometimes also here younger kids talking like they have done it about 3 times. just what the . i don't know for how far this is true tho, but... where are the parents? don't they know about this? at some points you could say that the quality of the overall parenting is dropping.
