Attempt #3 to build a suitable entry for Orphans:  This one is supposed to represent Darkstar 2J. If your wondering about the teeth on the top, I had extra weight left and I didn't know what to do with it.

Also, having researched The Matador (which I'm still assuming it's a successor to, as you didn't correct me), while it got completely trashed against M.O.E, it came back and got out of it's match with Warhead fairly unscathed. Certainly it was still moving after the only real big hit, so I think I would have to reject it.
Yeah, that's what I noticed a day after I made that post. Well, back to the drawing board.

The first bot looks nice, although I feel there should slots for the flipper, but that's just me.
The second also looks cool, the front hinge self-righting mechanism is fairly unique.

I'd get rid of the pole spikes and beaters and try to see if it will let you get them on after that.

I was at least pleased to see they brought back the Mario Tornado as a Down-B move. Why did Nintendo get rid of it in favour of that useless F.L.U.D.D., again?
I'm guessing it was to advertise Super Mario Sunshine, but that hurt his recovery in Brawl, so yeah I'm also happy with the Tornado being brought back. I also really like Lucas' new Neutral special, and I like the buffed Ness as well.
