2 v 2 match format? Are bots getting randomly paired up? Or did you mean a 4-way match?

Whoops, thanks for catching that. I meant 1 vs 1 matches. Fixed now along with some other mistakes I may have missed.

Also, is there a way to fix this into a poll? I didn't realize the "new poll" option until I have posted this tournament idea.

I've finally decided to host my own tournament.



RULES:
-DSL 2.1
-IRL Style Building
-Beetleweight Robots
-16 Entrants
-One entry per person
-I'm willing to AI if you are not able to, but don't complain what I AI'd your bot
-You cannot enter unless your bot is received and entered
-You cannot try to find loopholes in the rules

BUILDING RULES:
-Beetleweight bots only (125.1-175.0 kg)
-You can only these use in game glitches: eFFe Glitching, Axle Loading and Snapper Loading
-No AAM, Trov Glitch, NCR Glitch, Thyrus Glitch, etc.
-You can BFE the chassis height, but no other methods of Out-of-game editing
-Bots must show 2 wheels or more for controlled movement
-No cheatbot2 parts, Custom parts, etc.
-No scuttlers, crawlers or walkers
-Multibots are banned
-No unrealistic weapon sizes and quantities
-Jokebots are not allowed (This includes bots that have dumb names such as "Bot with Spikes")
-You can upgrade your robot or send a new one as much as you like until signups end

BATTLE RULES:
-2 minute length matches
-1 vs. 1 match format
-Single Elimination Bracket
-Small Arena (Hazards off)
-If a robot havoks once, that bot will get a free restart, if it happens again, the bot will be disqualified
-Judging will be determined by the amount of points at the end of the match

Ronin: I knew that was gonna end badly for me. Good game Virus Bomb. Also, was there a second match cause i only saw one fight.


Dark Matter: I sorta was hoping that would happen. Good game Clickbeetle.


Next round predictions:


Ronin: Both bots it can fight effectively, too bad I have a chance of fighting myself.


Dark Matter: I don't think what happened to it in it's first round will happen again, which means it's screwed.


Edit: I notice that the round shown in the round 2 match and the leftover match with Ronin is the exact same match. Was there a mix-up between matches?

Interesting expansion pack for DSL 2.1. It's nice of you to fix some of the small bugs that it had years ago.

The XTRA bots don't look bad. Barbershop Chop looks like your MW BB6 entry Hurricane.

Edit: Would it be a bad idea to place the MOE motor in the txt file with the Perms and the Judge Burst in the BSG txt file for convenience?

Ronin: Good game Wacky Bob, I was kinda worried there.

Dark Matter: I thought that was going to be a match I would lose, until it got flipped. Good game Mechadino.

Red Baron: I didn't realize It was facing a multibot. Good game playzooki.

Tidalwave: I knew I would lose, I would've had a hard time winning that match. Good game Mr. AS.

Round 2 Predictions:

Ronin: I don't see a way I'm going to win that match.

Dark Matter: I'm facing Click, eh? I don't see me winning the match since Red Sky has caster armor.

Edit: I also didn't notice it was also a double elimination bracket. Thanks for pointing that out S.H.I.E.L.D.

Red Baron: I know I can't win that since it's a rammer versus a juggler.

Tidalwave: That's going to be a tough match to win, but I think I have a slight chance of winning.

Run Away is looking pretty cool, I was actually hoping for the Series 2 version, but I bet that would be a hard thing to make.

My predictions for winners:

LW: This one is kinda tricky, but I feel Moros could defend it's title for a third time.

MW: I feel that Chipper could have an easy time getting through to the championship.

HW: Mega Metallicus and Expeller are both pretty strong bots for this title.

SHW: It's up in the air for me, but I think has a Jemina Puddleduck slight chance of winning this thing.
