Just to let everyone know, I'm closing signups on Friday. All current entries along with the entries submitted between now and Friday will be looked at and put through the selection tournament. I cannot say that all current entries will be included in the tournament, but I promise that all competitors will have at least one of their robots in the tournament. I will not be able to immediately view new entries, as I just got off of Fall Break and have school to deal with atm, but I will most likely be able to view them and sort through everything on Friday. Chris95 rejected. Impulse's flipper does work, which is awesome, so props to you, Chris. Only issue is that it will keep it's opponent pinned against the wall, and it won't unpin.

Wham’s Gabriel 2 has been rejected after noticing that the wheels are completely invincible and don’t take damage upon being struck. Given that a handful of bots can’t reach the chassis, it can cause an unfair advantage and some really bad fights.

I’d recommend using a bar instead of a flywheel, tbh. It might not look as good, but flywheels tend to get sideswiped a lot easier.

Yes I do think so! You should definitely show off some of the bots that are in your videos. As to how to make your own showcase, just click on the showcase area, then select new topic.

Okay, now I have a true scale series 5 style Panic Attack. Albeit without the decorative stuff because I already don't see myself being able to do the paint job as the game stands, so I've gone for a purely functional rep.

The wheel technique is good for actually making wheels that don't come up as spinners, but the thing about using wheels with weapons is that while the weapon is now indestructable, it no longer gets classed as a weapon and a wheel. I have tried this with a full body spinner, and it turned out when the shell was mounted to a wheel, if the bot hit anything the game thinks that it's wheels are taking damage and the robot will end up hurting itself in the process.
Thats not the wheel issue, but its physics being janky af, if you make a flipper, and if it also reaches 0 hp, every flip after that will harm the bot itself
EDIT: Might have not read that properly
With the damage being stupid af, a good example of that would be Hell Spawn losing to Speed Demon. SD lost it’s weapon, but still won after HS gutted itself with its own weapon.
