yes, why do you need internet to download updates and such? what is that logic that Steam uses? oh wait, same logic i use. of course you need internet to use an online function. Steam is actually very good and pretty handy. don't know why you are so negative about it. and  yeah having it on 2 platforms! awesomeness! nothing wrong with left-handed people.

I can never use a controller again after PC gaming for so long. I'm using a G500 and G15v2 right now. I occasionally use a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for flight sims like FSX and IL Sturmovik, but never an actual controller.

I'm personally getting a Mionix Naos 5000 soon, because I'm not impressed with my logitech gear and am looking to move on. I used one at a friend's and came away extremely impressed with the comfort and accuracy, although if you use the claw grip don't get one.
you are not impressed with a G500 and G15? only better i can think of on keyboard is the G19 (which i have, and is great) and the Optimus Maximus. for mouse... G500 is great stuff.

on PC... i have my Logitech G500 mouse and my Logitech G19 keyboard. for in a few games, i would use a controller... I then just plug my PS3 controller into my PC.
